Azumanga Daioh, Black Blood Brothers, Masked Rider Blade and Fushigi Yuugi On TV5

TV5, your favorite Anime authority, is kicking off the Holiday season with an exciting dose of new anime shows. Starting this week, the channel will be airing big new anime titles Azumanga Daioh, Black Blood Brothers, and the in-demand and outstanding anime, Fushigi Yuugi. The ultimate live-action TV series Masked Rider Blade, will also be in the new line-up this December.

Open the ancient book and join Miaka Yuuki in her quest in the international top-rated shojou anime, Fushigi Yuugi. The story revolves around the life of middle school student Miaka, sucked into an old book entitled “The Universe of Four Gods.” She becomes a priestess who must gather the Seven Seishi and summon the god of Suzaku to bring peace between the warring lands, Konan and Kutou. But it's harder than it seems, especially when Miaka’s bestfriend, Yui Hongo, gets in the way.

Azumanga Daioh is a comedic slice of life anime that follows the experiences of six friends in their high school years. The main characters are all female; all of them, including their friends and their teachers, get into very interesting and hilarious situations.

All new light anime series Black Blood Brothers involves a vampire, Jiro Mochizuki, in a war where he defeated the Kowloon king and most of the Kowloon Children. 10 years later, he heads to Japan with his little brother in hopes of reaching a thriving secret city where vampires live, but they encounter enemies from the past and new threats that endanger the safety of the secret city.

Popular sci-fi TV series Masked Rider Blade is about two young men who were chosen to become Masked Riders—Masked Rider Blade and Garren—to protect humans from Undeads who were unsealed in the present day from a Battle Royale 10, 000 years ago. The battles become complicated when a third Masked Rider, Chalice—whose real identity is unknown, comes into the picture. Together they fight against the Undeads, as well as their inner conflicts.

Catch all these new anime shows that will heat up your holiday season every weekdays with Masked Rider Blade at 6 p.m., followed by Azumanga Daioh at 6:30 p.m. Black Blood Brothers airs at 7 p.m., and Fushigi Yuugi at 7:30 p.m. only on TV5.
