Back in 2008, 19 years old FIANCA CRUZ was crowned as the Mutya ng Pasig that year.
She is a tourism student from Centro Escolar University, she also loves to dance & play the guitar. Fianca Cruz also tried her luck in Bb. Pilipinas 2009 along with Starstruck graduate Rich Asuncion, but she didn't make the final cut.
