Marian Rivera Versus Sam Pinto

Former PBB housemate Sam Pinto was interviewed by the press people after being chosen as the Philippines Sexiest Woman of 2011 by readers of FHM Magazine Philippines. Looks like Sam Pinto was not afraid at all of speaking her mind, and certainly not afraid of Marian Rivera.  She even said, “Honestly, wala talaga akong paki sa kanya!”

Sam shared that the GMA-7's most prized possession, Marian Rivera snubbed her during a rehearsal of Party Pilipinas and how Marian Rivera is seemingly jealous of her after being linked with Dingdong Dantes. Marian Rivera also ended up in second place behind Sam Pinto in the FHM Sexiest Women of the World 2011 Philippines poll.

Below is text of the said interview:

Q: Hindi ba natatakot si Sam na baka pag-awayin sila ni Marian Rivera dahil during the voting ay silang dalawa ang naging mahigpit na magkakumpitensiya?
Sam Pinto: “Actually, were very civil. We just say hi, hello.”

Q: In the past, tila nagkaroon na rin sila ng isyu ni Marian nang ma-link bigla ang pangalan ni Sam kay Dingdong Dantes, na boyfriend ni Marian.
SP: “Oo, actually, for me naman…ano ba ang masasabi ko dito? Marian, dapat masaya ka na. You have a very, very beautiful face, a beautiful body. What else can you ask for? And you have Dingdong all for yourself. So, ano pang hinihingi mo?”

Q: May hinihingi ba si Marian?
SP: “Ewan ko sa kanya! Kung may isyu man. Kung may isyu siya about me, you don’t have to be insecure. You’re very pretty.”

Q: May isyu ba sa pagitan nila ni Marian. May instances ba na hindi sila nagpansinan?
SP: “Well, yun nga, after the Dingdong issue, hindi na niya ako pinapansin!” (laughs)

Q: Nagkikita ba sila?
SP: “Yeah, once in a while like in Party P, rehearsals…Pero, I tried to smile pero she looks away na. I guess, ayaw mo, sige. You don’t really control me.”

Q: Dahil sa sinasabi niyang hindi siya pinapansin ni Marian kahit na nginingitian niya ito, kasama ba siya doon sa mga tao na may negative impression sa primetime queen ng GMA-7?
SP: “Yung mga isyung ganyan, like I’ve said kanina, in showbiz, you don’t know what’s real and not. Honestly, for me, hindi ko alam.”

Q: Personally, how does she feel about Marian?
SP: “Honestly, wala talaga akong paki sa kanya!” (laughs). She’s doing her own thing and I’m doing my own thing. That’s about it. Why would I base anything around her? Why would my world revolve around her? Hindi naman kailangan because I know she’s doing her thing. May own show siya. It’s her time now.”
