After the alleged beating of her maids, Maricel Soriano is now accused of using prohibited drugs according to the complaint of her house helper in a barangay headquarters in Makati.
According to the recent column of Lolit Solis on PinoyParazzi, "Kinumpirma na nga ng Startalk sa barangay headquarters sa Makati na nagreklamo ang dalawa niyang kasambahay ng pambubugbog at ‘di raw nasusuwelduhan ang mga ito. Bukod pa riyan, kinumpirma rin nu’ng nagreklamong kasambahay na nalululong daw ito sa droga."
