MYX, the #1 music channel, will recognize the hitmakers last year thru its 4th MYX Music Awards that will be held live on February 26 at ABS-CBN Dolphy Theater. There are 19 awards to be given away.
Sarah Geronimo, who won 4 MMA trophies last year, has the most nomination this year - seven. Rock band Sandwich has six nomination, and former Rivermaya vocalist, Rico Blanco has five.
Charice Pempengco is one of the top contenders for Favorite New Artist award, she will batlle it out with KC Concepcion, Nancy Jane, Rico Blanco and Taken By Cars.
"Showbiz Rivals" Karylle and Marian Rivera are up against each other for winning Favorite Guest appearance In A Music Video category, also included are Bembol Roco, Billy Crawford and Glaiza de Castro.
